yes, AppleTV 4K, MediaRoom tvOS 1.2.04 (Beta), I force restart every time I go to box as this is the only way I can get a updated front page, else it does not see the days newly added files.

Didn't read this whole thread, but has this something to do that Apple broke audio passthrough in tvOS 11.3 ?

https://forums.developer.apple.com/message/302920#302920

Apps like Infuse and MrMC had to do workarounds for this issue.

DD Pass-thru still working fine for me as of today on 11.3.

This issue, though, is about doing a stream copy on DD Plus when re-muxing due to the container.

When you have a multi channel PCM receiver, all is fine indeed. More info here : https://forum.mrmc.tv/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3991

as @@ebr says, this is about DDP stream copy, to stop emby server transcoding to AC3, as the AppleTV 4K can do this internally, it works fine when in a MP4 so it should be able to do it when remuxing from a MKV.
