KgT21 3
Hi, ive just bought all the packs from your site and run the scheduled tasks, i checked my media folders and it has 'theme' there but its got it as a chrome html document and not an mp3 file. Same with the backdrops folder, in there the theme file is chrome html document and not the mp4 file. so i get no music or theme videos because of it. its done this with pretty much every movie and tv show i have except around 3. Anyone got a solution to help me out? TIA Edited June 5, 2020 by KgT21

Spaceboy 2493
Probably a hangover from the prior version. Delete the HTML’s and the corresponding entries from the plugin config page and run the scheduled task again

Delete the HTML’s and the corresponding entries from the plugin config page and run the scheduled task again Okay, i will give that a try thanks. going too have to delete them from over 1200 movies so i might be awhile. Some of them did download in the right format, its just the majority seemed to mess up

KgT21 3
check one first and confirm. Then depending on how many you have in html format it may even be quicker to start afresh I delete a theme file from the media folder and then remove it from the plugin area so it will download it again but when i back out and go back in to the plugin its magically back there again even tho there is no theme in the media folder either

KgT21 3
Is this for Movie/ TV and songs or videos? Can you give me an example movie/tv show name where you're seeing this issue? there is so many films its doing it for but a few of the folders are labelled like this 2 Guns (2013) [1080p] Chicken Little hook Allied (2016) [1080p] and hundreds more, seems like its not to do with the folder names as theyre not all labelled similar ones that work are labelled like this Bloodshot 21.Bridges Code.8.2019.1080p.AMZN.WEBRip.DDP5.1.x264-NTG and a few more with the 'theme' as an mp3 file Its doing this for movie theme songs, movie theme videos, tv theme songs and tv theme videos
radeon 677
Folder and file names won't make a difference as long as emby recognises the films ok. I just wanted examples so i can check here. It can't be doing it for tv theme songs as it's a completely different system for downloads. Can you post debug logs pls
radeon 677
And are you saying some have downloaded ok today?

KgT21 3
And are you saying some have downloaded ok today? yes the bottom names in one of the posts above along with a few others were ones that downloaded fine today and were labelled as mp3 file and mp4 file instead of chrome html docs
radeon 677
Let's focus on Allied (2016) [1080p] as i've just copied your naming style and proven the theme downloads fine. You'll have to delete the html for that one, clear it from the filters, restart emby to create a fresh log then run the movie theme video plugin, wait for it to complete the scheduled task, drop me a PM with your log, they're found in "Emby-Server\programdata\logs" Can you also pm me a copy of the html file you're getting too?
