seangermany 3
Team, I'm having an issue with certain channels tiling, or "pixelating" so bad that they're unwatchable. I know that this is an Emby issue because the same channels work fine working on another frontend (KODI). I've tried restarting the EMBY server, and restarting the PC - with no success. An excerpt from the ffmpeg-transcode log below: [mpeg2video @ 00000085db1468c0] ac-tex damaged at 104 29[mpeg2video @ 00000085db1468c0] Invalid mb type in I-frame at 6 31[mpeg2video @ 00000085db1468c0] skipped MB in I-frame at 38 42[mpeg2video @ 00000085db1468c0] ac-tex damaged at 9 61[mpeg2video @ 00000085db1468c0] Warning MVs not available[mpeg2video @ 00000085db1468c0] concealing 2585 DC, 2585 AC, 2585 MV errors in I frame[mpegts @ 00000085db13cf80] PES packet size mismatch[ac3 @ 00000085dd4fa980] frame sync errorError while decoding stream #0:1: Invalid data found when processing inputframe= 763 fps= 10 q=29.0 size=N/A time=00:00:24.79 bitrate=N/A dup=563 drop=0 speed=0.337x Any ideas as to what the issue could be? krustyreturns 191
Please post the swmc log too (see debug tab) so I can see how its configured for emby.
seangermany 3
Thanks for your reply, Krusty. I cannot locate the swmc log. Where is this located? This issue seems to be sporadic. Channels will work in the evenings, and buffer non-stop in the morning. Other channels will experience audio drops. I don't have any process running that should impact performance, so I'm at a loss. Thanks again.
krustyreturns 191
Its accessed on the 'debug' tab of serverwmc. Most likely this is not a problem with serverwmc but I am willing to look at the log to see if I see anything strange.
seangermany 3
Thanks, Krusty. yesterday's log attached. I'm interested in your findings. I've returned all of my cable boxes, so I'm all in with EMBY. I need this to be stable. ServerWMC_20180322.log
krustyreturns 191
Since you are using dlna mode, swmc is not doing anything on the playback for a live stream other then giving emby the dlna address of the channel. So you are right, you need help from the emby guys.

Luke 37007
@@seangermany, would you mind testing the built in emby support for your tuner and seeing how that compares? thanks.
