gmh007 0
@@Luke Ja, 64 Bit, Intel Celeron J1800 QTS 4.3.4 I'm not able to install the package. I've removed the Community-Version Emby 3.2.70.0 and the QMono und FFMpeg. I have TS_251C. Ist the Version on the embydownload site the correct Version for my NAS or should i use still the old Comminuty Version? This Community Version still crashes at entering the User-Section in the Emby Settings Edited March 16, 2018 by gmh007
Luke 36997
Is that the latest version of qts? it looks like we've set a min required version of 4.1 so it should be OK. I'm afraid I don't know the answer as to why you can't install. I will create a ticket on our internal tracker for our qnap developer to look at it, but it may not be until next week. As for the community package, the only thing I can think of is that the qmono version is too high. We haven't tested mono beyond 4.8.1.
Luke 36997
Does the install process give you any specifics? What is the exact message it gives you when you try to install?

gmh007 0
I Think the main issue is, that I cant install any package manually. I have reinstalled the qmono and ffmepg from store and downloaded the community package from the Forum. But thats a x86-Version, but what else. But i get the same error message. i cant install any package manually. But in the options, its allowed: Im really confused about
Luke 36997
hi @@gmh007, did you figure this out? If you can't install any package them i'm not really sure what to say. Did you try rebooting your machine? You may want to post in the QNAP forums if the problem persists. Please let us know how this goes. Thanks. gmh007 0
Hi Luke, the Problem is solved. It seems, that the FIrmware was broken. After downgrade the Firmware to 4.3.3 and then update to newest Firmware, everything works fine. Now Im on the latest Emby Version, thanks for help
