Invalid Password

Hello, today I remote controlled my family members tablet to help them login to the Emby application, I connected to the server and attempted typing in the password and continuously got invalid password popup. This was odd because I was infact, typing the correct password. I decided to remove the password entirely. The following attempts just brought up the invalid password popup without even the option of enterring a password at all so it did recognize that change.

 

I then suspected it was the application as I was having no issues logging into the account from my PC, and my phone which was also running the android mobile application. I even tried using the web browser on her tablet and was able to enter the password successfully no problem. 

 

I've attempted deleting and recreating the account, restarting the server and her tablet, and even reinstalling the application.
