davedick 17 Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 When watching some videos at 480p, I've noticed some will have black bars on the side & the picture covers the entire middle (top to bottom), while others will have black bars on the sides & top & bottom (thus a box right in the middle of the screen). If i remember correctly, Emby for WMC had the option that the user could select if they wanted to "stretch" the screen or not. There are a few incarnations of theater. What it really is, is a UI applied to different players. The desktop version you get from the website is the most versatile.
