torch 0
I loaded the 3.0.5188.21314 beta and the player no longer functions on Safari browser rendering older iPad /iPhone/ iTouch unusable for browser viewing. I'm not prepared to toss all the hardware despite it's age, it all worked perfectly and still does most of what is required. So is it possible for me to load an older Server version or do I have to toss Mediabrowser3? Edited March 17, 2014 by torch
Koleckai Silvestri 1150
I am hopeful this can be restored. Would use my iPad for viewing on different occasions. The old player worked well enough. Maybe have something that loads it if the browser/OS version is below a certain threshold.
w84no1 27
It doesn't work on my Android phone(note 2) either. It has the same behavior as it does on my ipad. So I don't think it is an ios issue. Edited March 17, 2014 by w84no1
Danee 57
I have the same issue, tested this on iPad mini (7.0.6), iPad 2 (7.1) and iPad Air (7.1) when I click play the screen darkens and the spinning circle becomes visible. After that nothing more happens. Edited March 17, 2014 by Danee
Logos302 86
I would recommend that people having problems with IPads post there MBS logs, Ipad app logs and the FFMPEG logs. Descriptions are great but logs are needed.

torch 0
No other logs generated but the server log shows and I think this is where it all starts going pear shaped .... Also - Nothing plays music or video - I would recommend that people having problems with IPads post there MBS logs, Ipad app logs and the FFMPEG logs. Danee 57
Can confirm it to, works on my iPad Air and iPad Mini. I do think the player size is not yet what it's supposed to be: (image resized 25% for readability on the forum) The size is relative to the screen resolution, this screenshot is from my iPad Air, it looks the same on the mini.
