Luke 36999
I heard back from lg. They want you to try again with the wired network connection and if the issue remains, provide me with the wired Mac address. Thanks.
shocker 112
I heard back from lg. They want you to try again with the wired network connection and if the issue remains, provide me with the wired Mac address. Thanks. Thanks Luke, I'll check and come back with the feedback. I'm wondering if they understood the problem that the app cannot be found not that we cannot install it Trying to understand the logic for the LAN/WiFi for not finding the app in the store ;-)

NearWinter 1
I didn't think the means in which my TV is accessing the internet would change anything, and having my TV connected via ethernet cable didn't make the app available in the appstore. Emby is serviced only on webOS devices. Therefore, it is correct that Emby is unavailable for users using NetCast platform. Should you wish to service your app on NetCast as well, please submit QA after adding NetCast file. If that's true then I obviously should have checked the model, sorry. shocker 112
Oh my god, apologies I should have check this as well, sorry Luke for that. I have checked now on LG website all the models that I posted above and this is the status: I'll try to get the feedback for the one with WebOS 3.5. I know that the app is not available for WebOS 4.0, but for v1.x or v2.x the app is available? - LF630V: WebOS 2.0 (by default need to check the current version with the user) - LJ594V: WebOS 3.5 (by default need to check the current version with the user) - LH510V: NetCast - LN570S: No info found on LG website, but I assume it's NetCast based on a review that I've seen on youtube. dmfuller 0
I have the same problem with an LG 32LH604V with WebOS in the UK Could this be the same problem Screenplay had with not being available on TV's with an app resolution of 720p? This was the case even when the TV itself was 1080p. Edited February 24, 2018 by dmfuller

Luke 36999
Ok i may have mistakenly used shocker's LJ594V model number. can you please supply model number, mac address, and country all in one posting? thanks. For those with 720p models, it looks like we do need to opt into supporting these so that will require a new update to the app. thanks.
