3.0.60 Can't connect to server

Just tried my Roku on 3.0.60 and I am unable to connect to my server. When starting the app I get a black screen with a spinning circle but the app never connects to the server. I am unable to send an inapp logfile but I've attached a server log. The server log contains a Roku on 3.0.59 that is successfully connected and playing a video during this same period.

Thanks.  It looks like you linked me to your login.  You probably want to delete that now.

I was able to get into your server but only after working around some new issues with the Roku firmware.

The issues are all related to Emby Connect so not positive they are the same problem you are seeing but possibly - especially, if you are using Connect and have the debug options turned on.

I'll put up an update and see if it works for you.

I have Emby Connect linked with my user but am not using it as the sign in method on the Roku. I definitely had debugging enabled though. I try the updated version. Thanks

On a side note maybe you connected to someone else's server because I don't see you under the guest accounts or have any record of you connecting. I sent the invite to "EBR"

Actually, what it appears you did was edit your user and add me as the Connect user.  The invite I received was a link, not a guest.

So, when I logged in, I was you.

Okay this makes me nervous because we can't be sure what the problem is this way but if you uninstall the app and then re-install it, does it work?

Ok so this what I tried:

Removed the Beta app and re added via the channel link. Forced a Roku update to install it.

Entered my server address and port manually

Entered my username and password manually

The app hung again with the spinning circle. Same as before.

I installed the Stable app. When I opened it it went right to the user login screen.

Entered my username and password and everything loaded up perfectly.

Yeah, I suspect it has something to do with the specific settings on that device which is why I thought re-installing (and thus setting them all back to default) may solve it.

Is it possible for you to telnet into the problem device and see the console?

Yeah I'll give it a go later today.

I have a Roku 3 that is working and a Premiere+ that is not working. I have not confirmed if my Roku 2 or Premiere is working yet.

Is this just a "Connect" issue?

I have not seen any issues on .60 or .61 on my Roku Ultra.

What model of Roku? @@NomadCF

2x Roku 3

Local network connects, connecting via the ip or name same issue. Beta version only, the normal/standrd and blue neon versions work fine.
