Surface 2 RT playback error

It's "Emby Smart Player," not "Emby Theater." The interface looks like how Emby looks through a browser.

 

These give playback error:

I thought stereo versus 6ch did it but Designated Survivor broke that mold. I'm really not sure what's going on.

Only options in the store are Smart Player for Emby and Ember for Emby. Emby Theater doesn't show up. Because we bought Ember a long time ago, I installed that again and "Christmas With the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Featuring Rolando Villazon" worked on it where it didn't work on Smart Player. Ember is not getting updated anymore either...

 

If I'm supposed to see Emby Theater show up in the store and I'm not, that's something to look into fixing.

Windows RT 8.1 I think. System architecture is definitely ARM.

Yes I think it is unlikely we will go back and support Windows 8 at this point since we've gone all this time without it. Thanks.
