vonstorch 0
Noticed this behavior this morning. When I tried to launch Emby on Apple TV, system stuck at "Starting Up..." Restarted Apple TV, same result. Deleted emby app and reinstalled. This time, I can connect to server, then when I launch a specific user, it sits there, then dumps out to the main Apple TV screen. However, I can logon as different users. Login works to Emby Server from Web Clients and Roku Client. I have also rebooted server without success. Running Version 3.2.60 on server. Does anyone have any recommendations?

vonstorch 0
It's now happening to two different users "Admin" and "Bill and Teresa". Thanks
corey 312
Im curious have you put any restrictions in place for these users? If so, what are they?
ebr 14858
Is the user named "Bill and Teresa" or "Bill & Teresa"...?
vonstorch 0
I don't have any restrictions on these accounts. As a matter of fact they are both administrative accounts. Yes the account is named "Bill & Teresa". Do you think the ampersand has anything to do with it? Thanks Bill

ebr 14858
Yes, I'm pretty sure it is the '&'.
vonstorch 0
Yes the & in the user name seemed to be causing the problem. Thanks for your assistance.
ebr 14858
This should be resolved with the new version that just went out (1.1.11). Thanks.
