No syncing, just dynamic listings. It supports Movies and TV shows. Emby for Kodi is a syncing add-on, it takes a different approach. It imports your Emby content into the Kodi library and maintains your library for you. You can use Kodi features to sort your content, etc. It supports all types, except audio books and live tv. I hope this answers your question. Multi version is coming to Emby for Kodi, but as null_pointer said, it's a feature already available in Embycon.
