H264 Video from Adobe Premiere gives error on AppleTV

Hi,

I've put a home video on my Emby server which was processed by Adobe Premiere Pro. I've exported it to H264 as an mp4 video. It plays well in the web server, but as we want to watch it on our TV via the Apple TV I just get the error message:

"This content cannot be played because its format is not compatible with Appe TV"

Any idea how to solve this? H264 should be fine for ATV, and if not Emby should transcode it!

Here's the media information from the Emby Web interface:

Video

Codec: H264
Codec tag: avc1
AVC: Yes

Is there no audio track? Can you attach the full media info from the web app? Yes we should probably transcode it. The tricky part is figuring out how to make that decision.

I've the same problem since the last update.

The same movie play well after the update and now is block by this message.

The solution I found is to use the subtitle, audio selection button and here it play well

As for @@jacotec, there are no characteristics in the file that I can see that can tell us this should be transcoding, so this will have to rely on our ability to automatically switch to transcoding when direct play fails. We haven't yet added that to Apple TV, but we will be in the near future. Thanks.
