Trakt and pushover not reporting playback from Fire

Hi!

How can I stop playback in Emby on FireTV? If I press return I leave the movie and can resume later but this process doesn't seem to send a real stop command that is recognized by trakt or pushover addon.

Thx. ;-)

So playback is stopping fine in the app, correct?

Yep

But the pushover and trakt Plugin doesn't seem to recognize this stop like it does when I play something using Kodi ;-)

Make sure to install the latest version of the trakt plugin. Everyone else seems to be reporting success with it. After installation you'll need to re-do your trakt setup in the configuration page. If there's still an issue after that, please see how to report a problem. thanks !

Latest trakt Plugin is installed. Also latest Emby Docker container. Problem only appears when playing from from FireTV. Web, Kodi and Android are running fine. Problem belongs to trakt and pushover Plugin.

But the problem only appears when playing from firetv and the pushover plugin has the same problem.

  • 4 weeks later...

@@b0mb, can you turn on debug logging in the plugin (keep emby's debug logging turned on as well) and try to capture the error again?
