andyblac644 69
I get this using my e2 plugin and HDHomeRun API, if I have auto frame rate switching enabled, if it helps, thought it was just not supported. Thanks @@andyblac644. You are right on the money. @@Luke, unchecking "Enable Refresh Rate Switching" has enabled LiveTV playback. EDIT: still get the spinning circle on Emby for Android v2.9.72 tho. will provide logs for that shortly. EDIT 2: Server Log attached thanks server-63646996338.txt Edited November 22, 2017 by jordy
ebr 14862
Hi. In order for me to find your logs, I need the information requested. Thanks. Then add the following information to your report in the forum: Exactly what you were doing and what happened. Include the name of whatever you played if it is a playback problem The time you sent the log The name of the Emby user on the local server that was logged in at the time
jordy 284
Ok, I am not sure which playback issue you are referring to here. There are two. The first one is playback of LiveTV from nVidia Shield and the second one is playback of LiveTV from Emby for Android (1) Process: Restart Emby Server go to Shield TV and attempt to play a TV Show Shield Logs sent at approx: 21:40 Australian Central Daylight Savings Time Server Log: server-63646983500 Play attempted at approx: 2017-11-22 21:38:39.646 Info HttpServer: HTTP Response 200 to 10.0.0.19 Show Name: 30 - Freddie Flintoff: The Gloves Are Off. ebr 14862
Thanks. This issue in the Android TV app is already fixed in the current beta. Hopefully, that beta goes public in the next few days.

miniz98 63
It’s not completely fixed. I tried the beta had to revert back to the previous good release. Now it works great.

miniz98 63
After I installed beta 2 everything was working, fixed the no tuner available. Then I started to get the error on iptv no tuner available. Over and over. Restarted the server same thing. Replaced the server folder system with the prior good release and bam emby is fast again and not one error saying tuner not avail.

Okay, first of all, the beta referred to above was a beta of the app, not the server. Second, what you describe above sounds to me like an environmental issue not related to any version of the server but, again, this specific issue reported here was a problem in the app that was corrected in the current beta release of it.
