Econaut 1
I have only Linux systems and currently have to go through tv.emby.media which does who knows what kind of routing. I can access my server within the LAN with http://[iP]:[PORT]/web/home.html Can I do something similar for Emby Theater/Web TV interface? Luke 36881
Hi, it's not currently possible. There is no routing in tv.emby.media. It is purely static html.

Is it an external access? When I had UPnP disabled on my router, it was not possible to access my server in this way so I'm guessing the request goes out and comes back in which would mean the data likely goes out and comes back in as well, ya? Luke 36881
that is not true. everything is direct from app to your emby server.

Ok cool - Maybe my router is shrouding some other stuff within the UPnP setting (Google OnHub). Emby definitely was not accessible before enabling it again even when attempting to connect manually with direct IP.
