Luke 37057
hi @@Tyro, are you experiencing a problem? If so, what problem are you having? Thanks !
Tyro 1
Luke, Not experiencing any visible problems yet. I found it during my 'get acquainted' with Emby while it was scanning and retrieving metadata for the libraries.
Luke 37057
Ok thanks for the feedback. This is not likely to be much of an issue. Thanks.
Tyro 1
Fair enough. Since you're testing, I figured you'd want to know any unusual behavior and decide how to disposition.
Luke 37057
If you can attach the complete emby server log, that will allow us to see if it was just one random file that it happened with, or if it's happening with every file. Occasionally this will happen a file here or there, and it just means that we won't have media info and the file will be more likely to transcode because of that. If it's happening with every file then that would be a problem we should look into. Thanks.
