ServerGuy 20 Posted November 14, 2017 Share Posted November 14, 2017 While trying to play a UHD movie through the web app on Chrome (Version 61.0.3163.100) the video displays a green screen (See screenshot) Testing in another browser (Firefox) the video plays fine. I've attached the media information and have both the transcoding and server logs available (I can PM them directly to you) Anyone have ideas? Luke 36876 Posted November 16, 2017 Share Posted November 16, 2017 Can you provide a sample video for testing? I'm unable to reproduce the problem. Given that we're doing a full transcode a sample might not actually be useful anyway. The issue is probably in the chrome browser video player.
