tyr_88 4
Hi there, can you please attach the complete emby server log? Thanks. Don't feel comfortable posting log full of detailed info way to much data at risk Any string you are looking for those are the errors it throws on newest server 3.3.36.0 Windows 10 64bit Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063 It is isolated to the server files for sure, 3.3.35 works fine, I had auto update on took me a few times but reverted using system.old Soon as it updates manually or auto you go to admin panel login server just crashes, crash rate is 100%. After first crash on login process I rebooted the server or started back up to get into next page on refresh then crash again. It was also crashing playing any video through Roku soon as it called on the file. I did a system restore also and tried 3.3.36 same thing, no mobile could access admin panel just hang then crash as well. It very well could be a issue with Image Processor or Covers plugin which I suspect it was also updating and the css style was broken looking I should mention it list the error on 3.3.35 but it had auto updated and was pending restart during each error soon as new server files were ingested it started acting up. Now on revert it has played as normal and not missed a lick since right after last post These are the 2 errors it has thrown solid upon 3.3.36 files Command line: tyr_88 4
I quit UI as well and went to Windows Service it did the same thing kept crashing out same method. Even setting the service to restart on failure did not keep it going any interaction triggered the crashes 100% of the time
Luke 36879
I will need to see a complete log file. Also, how are you defining crashing? What does that mean exactly?
Happy2Play 8138
You can PM your logs directly to Luke if you wish. Since these appear to be image processing errors, what version number for CoverArt do you have? Does removing CoverArt resolve your issue?

Luke 36879
That log looks OK to me. What exactly is the problem? It's important to make sure to provide detailed information. Additionally, whatever the issue is, please try removing all plugins except for Backup and Trailers. Thanks.
space2001 18
Well Not hard to explain the server just crashes I have to restart it. I will start it and when I go check in the hidden icons, The emby icon is there but when I mouse over, it disappears. Then I look in task manager and its not running. Here are more logs from this morning. server-63645288106.txt server-63645288526.txt
space2001 18
I have done a couple things and now it "seems to not crash" I turned off NVENC hardware encoding to none. and rebooted my machine. Hopefully that has resolved the issue.
Luke 36879
ok, if the issue persists then i would remove the plugins as mentioned, and shutdown kodi instances in order to prevent the sync process from running. then see how things go. thanks. ghostguy 6
I'm having the EXACT same experience that started when 3.2.36.0 was installed, also running Win7 HP x64 bit I'm also running Kodi but its irellivant as the server crashes and stops running even using the stand alone viewer, and not running any content at all for that matter.
