The WDMyCloudPr4100 does hardware transcoding is there any chance of getting an EMBY server for it or is there already an Install I can try on the PR4100 ?

It is a possibility for the future.

I really hope this comes soon because WDMyCloud are really popular Nas's. I would be willing to beta test an app.

I'm a PR4100 owner as well and I'm sure there are many more out there that would like to use EMBY on them.

Can any of the NAS installs be put on the PR4100?

Assuming the architecture is armel, we are working with Microsoft to resolve a build problem and won't be able to release until this is complete:

I've been using Plex for a few years as a lifetime licensee, but have been getting a bit annoyed with bugs they keep introducing and not fixing. I was hoping to try out Emby to possibly make a switch, but it looks like you don't currently support the WD PR4100.

So I'd like to add my vote for getting Emby on the WD PR4100!

It's Intel Pentium N3710 quad-core 1.6GHz processor and 4GB of RAM and runs Plex well enough (though I disable the hardware transcoding, since the quality's crap with it), so hopefully it would run well with Emby, too.

Yea we're looking into it. If you read through the testing thread you'll see the users discovered a workaround for now. Thanks.
