Hi,

I have added couple of video version to test multiversion with diffrent bitrate. Emby recognize video files and added them in one position with diffrent bitrate - so far good.

After I change connection speed to lower value in the kodi, video stop working.

In the server logs I found the following error: https://pastebin.com/y4Y83wwN

Hi, can you describe what stopped working means?

Also fyi, emby for Kodi has not implemented multi version support, so this feature will not work there.

It will work with native emby apps. Thanks.

Hi, can you describe what stopped working means?

Stopped working means that video stopped playing.

Kodi displays an error message "... check the log for more information"

Also fyi, emby for Kodi has not implemented multi version support, so this feature will not work there.

In emby addon setting there is option "Video Quality". If this option is not working then after I change video quality it should not change anything with playing video.

Unfortunately, things are different:
1) it crash video playing on Kodi.
2) emby server returns errors: https://pastebin.com/y4Y83wwN

Why ?

Changing quality in Kodi works, but it will not switch between different versions of the file.

What does this option do and why does it stop working after it's changed?

It changes transcoding quality. Please update to the latest version of Emby Server and then try again. Thanks.
