sparky8251 0 Posted October 21, 2017 Share Posted October 21, 2017 So far I'm loving Emby coming from Plex. I just have one incredibly strange and frustrating problem... I have 1 series that no matter what I cannot view through the web app with this 1 device even though I used to be able to. I can still view it as myself on another device through the web app (using Firefox as well) or this device via Kodi. Same for other user accounts of the server. I have completely factory restored my browser and it still refuses to work (got the "import from another browser" prompt). I have deleted my user account and recreated it to clear view histories (was thinking unclean shutdown caused some corruption). I have deleted the library the series is in and recreated it (thinking some corruption of some sort again). Nothing has worked. I have no idea what I can try next because Firefox locks up immediately with no error messages or logs produced as to why, all I can do is send it a KILL signal, even SIGTERM wont stop Firefox. No matter what I do this one series locks up my browser HARD before playback even starts and it used to work with that specific series. All other series work, this problematic series also works with other users and other devices (my phone with Firefox works fine as myself for example). I don't know where to look for why this keeps happening and would like some help figuring it out. It's very frustrating. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
