How do I get a folder off of my cloud to add to emby library

Hi there, can you mount it as a local drive? Then add that local drive into emby.

Specify a user login for the service.

Do you know that works or guessing? For me, it's not working

Before I retired I was a network administrator for a couple of decades...

There are many articles on the web that talk about this, e.g.: https://www.pdfblog.at/2011/06/windows-service-access-to-network-resources-what-to-consider/ or https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13268559/network-access-to-windows-service.  Note there are some details to get right.

Note in particular that @Luke's advice doesn't apply to a service - a service cannot use a mapped drive letter, but requires the UNC path.

Oh, silly me. Ofcourse URI. Thanks, works!

On Windows I don't recommend using mapped drives anyway, service or not. Windows will disconnect them when idle and that will prevent Emby from being able to use them.

Nótese en particular que@LucasEl consejo de no se aplica a un servicio: un servicio no puede usar una letra de unidad asignada, sino que requiere la ruta UNC.

Pablo

Gracias, tambien funciono para mi.
