FordGT90Concept 61
It was observed via Android TV app, logs submitted from it. Attached server logs here too... The error on Android TV app was something about no tuners available. The moment I was notified of this, I checked all three HDHomeRun EXTENDs and all six tuners were free. For exact time from the Server Dashboard: Lynn has stopped playing 44.1 - NFL Football10/15/2017 1:38:24 pmApp: AndroidTv, Device: NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV Lynn has stopped playing 44.1 - NFL Football10/15/2017 1:38:24 pmApp: AndroidTv, Device: NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV It says it twice. Dunno if that's significant. I do believe that NFL Football was the only thing streaming at the time. Tried again on the Android TV app to tune and it refused to (same tuner error). I then physically restarted the server because Windows Updates were going to install themselves in the near future anyway. By the time everything was up again, the issue was resolved. I suspect whatever handles Live TV streams in Emby Server crashed. tuners_lost.zip
Luke 36886
From the log it appears your HDHR is not responding to requests.
FordGT90Concept 61
Could you make it switch to a different one if one stops responding? Maybe give an obvious error in the Dashboard saying "hey, you should check this tuner at <ip>!" If I didn't report this, I would have never known one of the tuners was on the fritz... Umm.... 192.168.0.159 right? 19700101-00:00:17 System: reset reason = application watchdog 19700101-00:00:17 System: E5592573 0000000E 004E2A48 0042D05C 00432440 0040D8A4 004DD9CC 004DD9A0 19700101-00:00:17 System: 005099CC FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF FFFFFFFF 19700101-00:00:17 System: network link 100f 19700101-00:00:19 System: ip address obtained: 192.168.0.159 / 255.255.255.0 20171015-20:01:07 System: time changed from Thu Jan 1 00:00:35 1970 to Sun Oct 15 20:01:07 2017 I think I better forward that to Silicon Dust... FordGT90Concept 61
I just realized the timestamps don't line up and I verified the time it grabbed is right. Either it didn't fetch it's time until hours after it rebooted or it has been on the fritz for hours... I emailed Silicon Dust. FordGT90Concept 61
Related note: would be nice to have the IP address on these (even better if it were clickable opening in a new tab/window)... ...obviously no way to figure out which HDHomeRun is which. FordGT90Concept 61
Emby failed to tune again, I checked 192.168.0.159 and the watchdog error appeared again at about 3pm. Checked email and SiliconDust is doing a cross-exchange for it. Emby figured it out eventually that the device isn't working right but there's definitely room for improvement there. Something like: "There appears to be a problem with the tuner at 192.168.0.159. Trying tuner at 192.168.0.160..."
