Unable to log into Emby with Roku app

Last week, after loading my library into Emby Server om my Windows 8.1 desktop, and also my Windows 8.1 laptop, I was able to access my library through Roku's Emby app. Now, 5 days later, I cannot. The server shows up on the menu screen, along with my desktop and laptop as "servers", but my network drive containing all of the media cannot be accessed. When I click on the network drive "server", the Emby wheel just spins and spins and never loads the drive.

I deleted all "Servers" from the list on the Roku Emby app and tried to reload the servers. The desktop and laptop load, but not the network drive.

I can access the network drive and all of my media using my iPhone and the Emby app, my laptop and my desktop.

When I enter the IP address into Roku's Emby app when adding a new server, the screen jumps immediately back to the "Add New Server" page, instead of the page that says it cannot connect to the IP address like what happens when I put in a bogus address.

Any thoughts?

What are you calling a "network drive"?  You mean a server tile in the select server screen?

Is the app responsive when it goes to where it is "just spinning"?  Meaning, can you back out of that screen and do something else?

I have a Seagate NAS connected to my router via Ethernet, as is my Roku. I refer to the Seagate NAS as my "network drive".

And your Emby Server is running on that NAS?

Also, please:

UPDATE: I got so frustrated that I deleted the Emby app from my Roku. Then, after seeing your question about the spinning wheel, I had to reload Emby to determine the answer. Lo and behold, Emby is working. Also, there was a message stating "Hope you enjoy your new, updated version of Emby", or words to that effect. So, now everything appears to be right with the world again.

Thank you all for your responses and support. I'm new to this Emby stuff, and to network accessible storage operations, so any help is truly appreciated.
