Full Range RGB or Limited Range RGB

Does the Emby Player have 0-255 available or is it only 16-235?

When I play content on the Roku 2 (2015) that is directly connected to my 40" LCD in the Master Bedroom the blacks are black and the whites are white and the picture is rich and vibrant. The exact same model connected to my Denon AVR 2312ci then to my Panasonic VT60 Plasma is washed out. Both monitors are set for full range as is the Denon. When watching ET through my HTPC the color space is perfectly fine through the Denon to the Panasonic.

I've tried adjusting settings in the AVR but not the TV as this would be something that would always need to be done unless I set up a pretty long sequence in Harmony to set the RGB. Changing it in the AVR has no effect on what is displayed on the screen.

BTW, this is for any content played from this Roku (Netflix, Spectrum App, Amazon, etc). I'm perplexed as to what is going on here. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I don't believe there is the option to change the colorspace and the Roku is set at 16-235 as it was intended to be used on a TV.

I think then I need to rework my settings and maybe use limited range from my HTPC too and tell my AVR and Plasma to expect limited range. I'll see how that looks and report back. IIR, the LCD in the Master Bedroom is set to Full Range because it was previously connected to my HTPC but it may have reset itself due to being unplugged for a period of time when it wasn't being used after buying the Plasma and I never re-adjusted it afterwards. That said, it doesn't seem to be in the Default/Store Retina Burn Mode either.
