Guest topbanana
When looking at the 'Latest Movies' view on the 'Home' screen and under 'Suggestions', it only included 18 new movies. Could we have a "More" button that then changes the view to show ALL the 'Latest Movies'... essentially showing the normal library view in the normal way, but with the Sort Order set to 'Date Added' (the same logic as the 'Latest Movies' is). Then if we've added many new movies, we can see all of them, no matter how many were added, in the order they were added. PuffyToesToo 280
This is very similar to my request that we could customize the number of items for "Latest Movies" "Latest TV" , and other homepage categories, including the amount of time they appear in that list. So I definitely would like to see this!

MPG Radio 0
Late reply here but my guess is that under movies if you sort by not watched and filter by date you will see exactly that.
Luke 36879
Yes we also make the headers links to see more.

These workarounds are awesome! Cheers once again H2P! An idea: Could we perhaps make all these variables editable in one location? There's many others, like items per page in the library, how many actors to display, how many movies to display on the actor's pages, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc... If all these variables were contained in one core file, which is editable, then that'd answer a huge number of posts here on in the forums! The variables page could be in an advanced section of the Dashboard, and perhaps similar to the about:config pages we have in the web browsers. So a simple list with descriptions, nothing fancy pants. This page would have the same 'warning' reminding us that changing the values can/will affect the performance of emby. And those of us happy with that can adjust the number of items to show til the cows come home! The use of variables is a core part of all coding/programming, and having a table of variables to edit is also exceedingly common.
Solution Luke 36879 Posted February 3, 2020 Solution Share Posted February 3, 2020 Yes it's possible for the future. Thanks.
