Next Up Should Pull from Library/Favorites

Next Up is the same regardless of the Library I'm in. 

 

1) Next Up should only pull from the selected Library

2) It should prioritize Favorites before others

 

 

Side-Note:  The image for Favorite should pull from an actual favorite, if there are no favorites it should at least select an image from something in that library.
