Sorry if this isnt wIndows related but just wonted to post out that i have been using motioneye on my debain sever with a intel quad core q6600/2gb ram 500gb hard drive but no ssd and for a good 9 months is awesome and its only using roughly 24-29% CPU and all my ip cameras are set to 720p/2048 kbps bitrate all via rtsp

Before i switched to motioneye i was using iSpy but the rtsp wasnt having it i mean it worked but was really freezing up. Blueirs is really good but is a CPU hogger!

The last couple of releases have started to address the CPU usage.

even better...may concider having another look as there was lots of good features about it like trimming a capture when it still records lol :D but only issue was for me it was a heavy CPU hogger!

My dome cameras suffer at night as well, but during the day they're fine.

I have a bullet camera which is the same.

All 2MP SV3C cameras.

omg hahahah this is too much. I have sitting here on my desk a 5mp SV3C lol. Ok I'm definitely going to be bugging you a little more. Gonna grab me a Blue Iris license as well.
