Im currently running raspbian stretch light on my rpi3 (ie no gui), after finally managing to get emby installed on it (figured id poke around see if I can get an easily movable emby tv)

When I run ./et.sh nothing at all happens. The script runs for a few seconds, then finishes with no output or anything else happening...

I may try the full version of raspbian, but I figured id ask if it should be necessary.

Total noob with rpi and linux in general so this has been an interesting project for 2am :)

ah, I kinda figured that was the issue :/ thanks for confirming it.

Those were the instructions I had followed, though i had to do a few extra steps like update npm + nodejs after installing them, then i was missing a few libs

after messing with it for a few hours and finally solving the various errors, I ran the script and nothing happened... so disappointed. ah well, Ill give it another shot with full raspbian after work tonight.
