Tried to reset to admin following the youtube video and now when I try to login with user admin and no password it says account disabled.

1. can a install using a new version
   
2. will i loose all my data on my hardrive

I you the Synology Assistant to open the url then at the DSM login page where I enter my user/pass.

I even tried to ftp in using fileZiia but i was unsuccess not sure I was doing it right. Any suggestions on how I can resolve

@itworf13, so you're able to launch the emby web app but you can't login, is that correct?
