Now they are just a small logo in the middle of the block. They're like this in stable and beta. When did this change and is it possible to change it back? I'll have to take a screenshot when I get home to show you exactly what it looks like but below is a picture from the web app of a couple of logos . I don't really use the channels section of the app so it's not a big deal. I had already switched them to small images and that should be fine. I seem to recall using higher resolution images that looked horrible in the guide which led me to switch to lower resolution images but now those images look bad in other parts of the app. Is there an issue with the way you're resizing images in various parts of the app or is there a particular resolution we should be using for these images? ebr 14904 Posted July 29, 2017 Share Posted July 29, 2017 Enlarging images beyond their native resolution on a large screen like a TV can look pretty bad so try not to do it as a general rule. If you change that view to the smaller images, it may look better. I use XMLTV for the guide and have had to add logo's for STARZ and other stations - but they look terrible, for the same reason explained above. ALL logos are sized 215 x 75 to fit nicely in WMC, & they used to display well in Emby until this server release. Now, some logos are unnecessarily cropped... These are the images when added: These are what Emby displays after uploading: ALL source images are uniformly sized 215 x 75 .png, most with transparent backgrounds & a great many are being mangled like the examples. Could not find a work around, so I picked a different image/logo from the harmony site. Also note: After picking images which did not crop incorrectly, things looked better within the Emby App on my Mac. However, on the iPhone, they don't seem to resize to a size usable by the iPhone. I guess PNG for the format, but I've tried various resolutions, some look awful and blocky, some don't align to the grid properly.
