jellowe 8
Emby Theater 2.8.1 how can I mark individual episodes played or not played (TV mode)? Actually this may be a bug. Sometimes when I play an episode and let the next couple of episodes automatically start, Emby will mark the entire season as played even though I have not finished watching all episodes. For example if I play episode 1 and continue watching episodes 2 and 3 automatically, I can go back to the main menu and it shows the entire season as watched even though there should be 8 or so episodes left that are unwatched. Anyway I would like to know an easy way to correct this and mark the unwatched episodes as unwatched using a Harmony remote. Thank you!
thatoneguy99 33
There should be a check mark within the episodes information. Close to the heart for favorite. Sent from my phone!

Guest asrequested
This is a good question. Recent changes mean that there is no episode details page in theater, and therefore no option to do this per episode. I like that the episode plays directly, but we need that option on the main page, here
puithove 208
Yes, since this change, it is an issue for me. I ran into that last night where I needed to change watch status for an episode, and couldn't from the TV. In fact, you can't take any actions for individual episode such as Delete either. And since the dvr recordings are treated as libraries now, this also affects recordings. The removal of the episode info screen in TV mode needs some additional work, or the info screen needs to come back.

Currently the only way I know to get to details is from Next Up, which only shows when there is at least one unwatched episode in the last season.

As stated above, there is currently no option to change a watch status, delete an item once watched or even have a reminder when you stop a video that it currently has a RESUME status. I can understand how 1-click Play is useful in a mobile or web UI environment, but ET Desktop with a remote is problematic with the current setup. If the majority prefer 1-click access as a default, at the very least can we get an option in ET Desktop settings to either Enable or Disable this action? Disable would mean we can get to an Episode Detail Screen when we select OK.
