Getting back the Classic feel

I know there were some topics here but I can't for the life of me seem to find them.

I remember when things changed after an upgrade and people wanted the old classic look.

I tried to work with the new current look but I don't like it.

I have brought a new PC to replace my 7 year old HTPC.

After installing Emby I did a restore using the plug in.

I installed Emby for WMC and went into the settings and changed everything to be exactly the same.

However things don't look the same and I can't seem to put my finger on what I have missed.

In this screenshot my old setup is on the right and current one on the left.

I have different menu icon's and I have this annoying list of titles showing up on the left.

In this screenshot in a TV series my old one had the series in folders across the bottom.

In the new install they are on the left.

I had a feeling there was one tick box somewhere which I did a year or so ago which fixed it.

Thanks

CBers

Long time since I've used MBC (upgraded to Android TV), but it looks like you need to change the view settings.

Looks like LIST view in the new setup as opposed to COVER in the old one.

As I said long time since I used MBC, so I may be wrong.

I am using Emby, not MBC. I just don't like the modern UI. I am trying to get the legacy UI working I guess it is.

CBers

MBC = Media Browser Classic

Emby for WMC is the new name for MBC.

Sorted my issue out in the end. Just copied the setup form the old PC to the new one. Touch wood I don't have any other issues as a result :)

FYI - CBers was on the proper track.  These were all view settings.
