Can Serverwmc schedule copy once recordings?

Hi,

 

I'm just playing a little bit with ServerWMC integration in mediabrowser server. Quite impressive work! I understand that to play copy once content I will always have to use windows media center (at least until a solution is found), but I installed ServerWMC and the server plugin today and I was able to record HBO and then play back the recording with WMC. So just to confirm, Server WMC is able to schedule recordings on any channel without limitations, correct? The limitations are only related to play Live TV and recordings of copy once channels in any client other than Media Browser Classic.

 

So far I've been using My Media Center from Ceton to schedule and manage recordings, but the app hasn't been updated in a while, and the idea of doing everything through the MB3 server web client seems way more convenient.

 

Please let me know if I understand the situation correctly.

Yes, you can do all the scheduling for drm'd channels, you just can't view them.  Thanks.
