This occurs on the login screen Thank you @@Luke Amigo, quando se determina um horario de acesso ao usuário e ele tenta acessar fora do horário da regra, uma janela de advertencia aparece, porem quando clica nela, ela fica aparecendo umas 10 vezes mais, veja se tem como arrumar por favor.
