EMBY no longer creating thumbs

Any idea why EMBY is no longer creating thumbs when I add TV episodes or movies?

 

Is there a setting somewhere that has changed with the recent updates?

 

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!!!

What options did you "enable" at the library settings in your dashboard?

I've made no changes to the default settings...EMBY used to generate thumbs on its own in previous versions...since the past few updates it is no longer doing it...that's why I was wondering if some option somewhere was changed from it's default value amidst all these updates...

 

...any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!!
