Stability issues?

Fairly new to Emby - been using it for a month or so now with the WMC plugin.

I'm having a lot of trouble with the Emby app crashing WMC, freezing or giving me a black screen.  I also get problems with the Emby server using 75% CPU for a long time (I've never waited it out, but more than 30 minutes before I've force restarted it).

I can reliably trigger a failure in Emby simply by leaving it open overnight - if I try to use Emby for WMC again the next day it won't work at all (especially after watching some live or recorded TV in WMC).  When it crashes sometimes the screen just goes black, other times WMC gives a warning about Emby not responding and then freezes - the fix is always closing WMC, and if that doesn't work I have to hit Ctrl+Alt+Del & crash it through the task manager.

When it's working it's brilliant, but having to constantly restart WMC or crash it (which means getting up and using the keyboard) is painful.  Also I have no idea what's triggering the high CPU usage in the server... this makes it unbearably slow until the server is restarted.

Can I get some hints on what might be wrong?

How big is huge? Seeing the entire thing helps us see the whole picture of what is happening with your server. thanks !

The EMC log looks fine but there appears to have been no user activity in it.  Looks like it was just left running unattended.

Have you tried setting the auto logout so that it will shut itself down after inactivity?  It may be an issue where your network or other resources disappear and then things go wonky.

50MB or so.

I haven't and I'll give that a go.  Would that explain the high CPU usage of the Emby server?
