Transcoding fails on episodes already started

If I exit an episode that needs to be transcoded and try to come back, it fails. It tries to transcode but holds forever until I get an "An unexpected problem (but not server timeout or http error) has been detected" error message then exits. As far as I can tell, it tries to transcode from the beginning then gives up.

Edit: Intended this for the Roku subforum, my apologies.

That doesn't appear to be a complete server log and I only see one playback attempt in it which seems to be fine.

Does it work properly in the web app?

If so, can you please follow the instructions in the topic below to send a log from the app right after the error occurs?  Thanks.

Updated my roku itself to the new firmware version (version 7.6.0, build 4113) and it seems better. Better in that it doesn't give up any more but it still transcodes from the beginning, making it take for more time than it needs to.

New logs.

I believe that is just due to the delivery protocol used by the Roku.  In order to allow you to seek back using the standard Roku transport controls, we need to give it the whole thing.  Otherwise, it would look like the item only was as long as your starting point to the end point and you would have no access to the material before that.
