deinterlacing support?

I noticed that the Emby Android app, when I stream SD channels, it is not deinterlacing....so i see the annoying scan lines. 

 

Is there a setting somewhere that can help with this?

Appears to be direct play, as there is no transcode log. 

 

I just played 2 SD channels for a couple min where i see the scan lines.  Attached is the most current server log.  Stream would be at the end of the log file.

Not sure if it would be deinterlace or telecine that is needed actually..
