Morning all

Yesterday I noticed a problem while navigating through my libraries ( movies, series & music work ok).

For example when i click into my audio books Eveything as expected, but when i click my big finish folder the following happens-

All i see is big finish and shuffle, the 3 dot button and favarite button, then i have to click back to see the contents.

Then the same happens again when i click on a audiobook and i have to click back again to get to to the tracks i want to play so i can play the track.

Also happens on trailers.

On the windows stores version and android every thing works ok.

Thanks for you time and effort.

I'm having the same problem (I think) in version 2.5.40 with Folders view. Clicking on any folder brings up a screen like the one attached, which requires me to click "Back" to get to the normal view of my TV shows. The same is true for any folder I try to open.

Me too, thanks Luke.

This is another case where an update option for Emby Theater might have been useful. If I had opted out of automatic updates I could have waited a few days/weeks for any lingering issues to be cleared up before I installed it. But I also notice that you're now pushing updates without changing the version number, which would make it hard to know what version is "stable".

  • 10 months later...

Emby Theater now has sorting, filtering, and view settings on just about every screen. You can now enjoy:

  • Sort order remembered
  • Filters remembered
  • Choose between poster view and list view
  • In poster view you can choose the image you want to use (primary, thumb, etc)
  • You can even hide the title underneath posters if you want

Enjoy.
