socalredneck 11
Hello, I have a UN32H5203AF, I was able to install the app per the instructions. But when I run the app, I get a "loading" screen for approx 10-25 seconds, then I'll get a black screen for another 40 seconds, then what I'll call a splash screen. The splash screen is a picture of the interior of a house??? with v2.2.2 in the lower left hand corner. It just freezes there, it does not go on to the login screen. I know that because I have a different H-series tv that logs in fine. My tv firmware says it is up to date with version 1129, but my other tv is running version 1140. Any suggestions? socalredneck 11
Sorry for the waste of time. It's working now. I deleted the app, then rebooted/unplugged the tv, re-installed the app, and it worked.
FrostByte 5024
The only time I've seen something similar is on my BD player. If I have it set to auto login then it sometimes freezes at the splash screen like your pic and if I turn off auto logon (usually requires me to delete and reinstall) I have no issues. With my TV though no issues at all with auto logon. Edited March 16, 2017 by FrostByte
