Keylonta 0
What are the correct dimensions for the backdrop image? Why are my backdrops being cropped when displayed in Emby? See below image. I always use dimensions that have the same ratio as 1080 x 1920, for example, 637dpi x 1132dpi, like in the below image. The bottom window is the 637 x 1132 image, and the top window is it displaying in Emby WMC. See how the right side of the image has been cropped. How do I fix this? I've tested all the display settings in WMC (Television, Flat Panel, etc.), and the cropping isn't being caused by WMC. Luke 36888
What is the resolution of the WMC window? I imagine you will see cropping if it is not 16:9, but I am not 100% sure.
Keylonta 0
It's definitely 16:9. I've always wondered why the backdrops are being cropped which is why I thought it might be caused by the dimensions. Is a ratio of 1080 x 1920 correct? Solution ebr 14863 Posted March 6, 2017 Solution Share Posted March 6, 2017 That is just how that view is designed in order to fit the image into that particular space.
