Bug with vertical scrolling at top row of titles

Theater version 2.5.38

When I go to my TV library and go to All Series, I am presented with the new vertical view. There are rows six-wide of my tv titles. When my cursor is highlighting the first title (top row, left) and I press the Arrows on my remote, the cursor jumps up to the navigation menu (Suggestions, Series, Upcoming, Favorites).

For example, the first title in my list is "666 Park Avenue". If 666 Park Ave is highlighted and I press right-arrow on my remote, instead of highlighting the next title (The 4400), it jumps up to "Series" in the main menu. If I press Down, it highlights the third title. If I press left arrow, it jumps back up and selects "Series" again.

In order to navigate the top row of my tv shows, I have to navigate down to the second row, highlight the title directly beneath the title I want, then press UP Arrow to highlight it.

I hope that makes sense.

Also, it seems to work fine under Favorites, Upcoming, and Suggestions. It's only when Series is selected that I see this behavior.

I noticed if its on desktop mode you cant really use anything but a mouse. If you want to use arrows you need to use TV mode.

You can use arrows. it just does not have quite as strong of a focus indicator.

This just started happening for me, too, using a keyboard. The whole UI is fritzing. Can't navigate with keyboard at all. It's jumping pages and all manner of messed-uppedness.

Can confirm bug.  Vertical scrolling totally wonked in the following so far...

1. Browser client (Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit), Windows 7)

2. Emby Theater (Windows 7)

3. Emby Server Configuration - Metadata Manager

Happening for all screens that require scrolling (i.e., lists of movies, configuration screens, etc).

** Have noticed that if I scroll down REALLY SLOWLY that all behaves fine.  Scroll down too fast, or drag the scrollbar down where one appears, and the UI wonks out and to forces the UI's back to the top.

No matter what I do, after I scroll down something is trying to force the scroll back to the top.  Almost like a script is running that force moves the cursor back to the top.  Would need to post a video to truly demonstrate.  New problem for me since updating to 3.3.1.  3.3.0 did not have this problem.
