Model J5200 - Bug reporting?

I recently installed app to my J5200. I experienced a crash when I was going through a list of almost 500 videos and marking many of them watched. After I marked quite a bit of them everything hung so badly the only way to get any response from the TV was to pull the power. 

I was not sure where to post this issue. If there is a better place please let me know and I will post it there.

I hope it improves for you. It's quite challenging to get some models to perform well with large libraries. I would expect things to settle down with use, once images are cashed etc.

 

If it seems locked up, try the back button. This can sometimes regain focus. Failing that, you did the right thing.
