App works but can't play any videos

Hello,

 

I've purchased the app both on my Windows 8.1 pc and my Windows phone.  Works as expected on my phone and on all my Rokus in the house.  The Windows 8.1 app won't play any of the videos, though.  I've tried reducing the stream quality but that resulted in nothing.  Is anyone else having this problem?  it basically tells me the files can't be played.  Thanks.

No, the videos won't play in the web client using the modern IE app.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working.

 

The web client tells me that it's an invalid source, video error, there was an error playing the video.  As I said before, everything is fine on my other devices.

 

Any other suggestions?

Those settings were already enabled as your documention suggested.

How do I get you the log files.  Where do I find them?

 

Also, Chrome plays the videos just fine on the same computer that IE will not.  I'm not sure if that is helpful or not?  Something is definitely screwed up with IE.
