speechles 1917
You can do the "mini player" in top right corner, where the empty space is above the grid. That would make it "over the top" awesome. It looks great as is, just need new/repeat and recording icons. Where is says 1-4 of 44, shouldnt that be 1-5? That is actually what that space is designed for . Where is says 1-4 of 44, shouldnt that be 1-5? Yep. Good catch.
Koleckai Silvestri 1150
Looks nice. Nice addition for those able to use Live TV.
Jdiesel 1114
What will the maximum number of displayed channels be? I think the Android app is limited to 100. It sure would be nice to get unlimited scrolling working or bump up the number of channels per page to 200 if the Roku can handle it. Looks great though! mediacowboy 438
Yes please. Infinity scrolling would be nice but I think this alone will get the WAF.
Jdiesel 1114
I just picked up a Roku Premiere+ for testing purposes today and I have been quite impressed with the Beta App. Then this little surprise gets dropped...even better

You can access all of your channels. This app will allow you access to all of your channels as well.

I think @@mediacowboy means scrolling without loading the next 100 channels, such as 101-200 etc. Unless you've changed the ATV app recently to get around this ??
robgfaulkner 15
This is so great. Been using the Preview religiously since it came out. BTW, anyway you could do a PIP functionality on the main TV playing screen? Can a Roku handle 2 streams at once? Great work. butch79 25
ebr, thank you so much for all the hard work on this. This looks AMAZING! Will the live tv function have a delete option? This way we can delete recorded shows when we are done watching them.

Yes this is what I would like to see. If it is a memory or resources limitation I would personally rather see a greater number of channels visible without pages versus a greater period of future programs visible if it came down to choosing between the two. What I mean is I'd rather have to flip to the next page to view the programs that are 6+ hours from the current time then having to flip to the next page to see the current programs on the next 100 channels if that makes sense. twos50 8
Great job fellas!! I hate to keep harping on it but it would be fantastic if we could somehow get a "wake up" to the server feature when a recording is about to commence. I know, I know.. but some of us don't have the emby server on a "24 hr. Server". - when EBR mentioned above that "This app will allow you access to all of your channels as well", I got chills when i thought he meant DRM channels from the cable company as well.... Then I had to come back from the clouds. LOL... I'm geeked!! Bring it on already!!. LOl. Great job again!!! twos50 8
Or maybe make the entire thing transparent, while live tv playing in the background??
Jambercob 12
@@ebr The new guide is a complete game changer over the official Roku emby app! Heck the whole preview is! We have been testing on our Roku 3 and 4 since you launched the preview with little to no issues aside from the few people have already reported. Can't wait for this to become the official release keep up the great work and if you need anything specific tested with the Live TV portion let me know!
