In-Progress Trying to debug some playing cut over wifi

Hi,

I have some cut in my playing movies on ios. I am trying to determine if it comes from the wifi, the docker container or the fact that server is on an another subnet.

 

So my first question is: if there is a drop in the wifi does the ios app have a buffer?
