Trakt plugin not syncing multi episodes

Hi there, i've searched the forum and didn't found any answer  :(

I'm having some problems syncing my entire library to trakt.

I've changed from a standalone Kodi installation to Emby Server + Kodi emby add-on.

But now, i'm facing some issue regarding multi episodes files. For instance.

\Prison Break\Season 04\Prison.Break.S04E01E02.Scylla.Breaking.&.Entering.avi has generated the correct info on Emby Server,

but i'm missing ep 2 on trakt.tv

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi @@joaorsfonseca, looking at the plugin code, it does already support this. But I do have a guess about the issue. We are supplying the tvdb id of the first episode and I'm guessing trakt sees this and then replaces our episode numbers with the actual number from trakt. What we can do is try omitting the tvdb altogether and we'll see if that resolves it. thanks.

Our Trakt plugin has been updated to 3.1.2. Due to Trakt API changes, you will need to install the update, and then re-authenticate using the trakt plugin configuration screen.

In addition, there are improvements to the Trakt syncing process. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !

Not sure if this is anything, for my double/triple episodes i use the format of

SxxExx-Exx

instead of

SxxExxExx

As far as i can see my collection has everything

EDIT

I found why.. I need to delete media on emby

Thanks mate

@@Luke it's fixed.. I can't explain why but i had to rename the files (just adding an _ at the end), wait for Emby refreshs library and then rename previous name..

I sync the library to Trakt and i have now my collection fully updated.

Thanks for your help also @@paulsalter

Dear all..

This issue has return.

All my "multi" episodes aren't being synced correctly with Trakt.

I've already try what i've did in the past but no success there.

I must say that this starts happening a few days ago.. New version perhaps?

Also, i've notice something weird. To fix the episodes sync with trakt, i have to rename the file, update emby library (for that specific season) and then, sync it back to trakt.

It works. But, when i try to fix all the episodes in the same state it broke the ones that were already fixed.

@@J2ghz i see this line "Info Trakt: 1 Episode Deletes to Process" and in fact.. The episode is removed from trakt.

Also notice that i've two users configured but only one has trakt integrated.5cf22dc58606b_2019060108_45_28C__Users_j

Thanks in advance

Same problem here. How can i grab the debug logs?

Episodes are detected by emby correctly as multi-episodes but are not always synced correctly to trakt.

It sometimes seem to work.
