Error getting response from TheTVDB

Out of the blue today I started getting a bunch of errors relating to TheTVDB, where it seems I can't pull any info from the provider. I briefly checked their site, social media and forums and can't see any problems or issues. I don't believe this is my firewall either, as for example I am able to wget https://www.thetvdb.com/api/B89CE93890E9419B/series/153021/all/en.zip (link taken from the logs).

 

This is what's being logged when I search for images from TheTVDB (in the case for The Walking Dead). This happens regardless of show and newly added shows don't pull any metadata whatsoever (unless another provider can pull metadata).

Will do and thanks for the speedy reply. I'll report back if it resolves itself, in which I could then only assume it was an issue on TheTVDB's end.

I know this is an old post, but did you ever figure out what was wrong? I seem to have the same problem.

Sorry i never got back to you. I ended up restarting the docker my emby server was running on and that solved my problems. Thank you for being quick on replying though.
